Yarn:
Our fleeces win prizes in NH, VT and NY. We send fleeces to Starcroft Fiber Mill in Monroe Maine where they are washed with gentle Eco-Scour. Each fleece is individually custom spun. This enables us to offer several different natural shades of colored yarn ranging from white to silver to gray to jet black. There is a photo of the sheep whose fleece was used on each skein. The hand and luster of the yarn is exceptional and a joy to work with. Most of our yarn is spun to knit at 4 stitches to the inch on #9 needles (145 yards per 4 ounce skein) Yarn is sold by weight – skeins may vary Price per 4 ounces: $16 plus S&H
